I enjoyed a generous breakfast, especially the fresh baked goods, while the hosts were exceptionally warm and provided insightful recommendations about the island.

The views from the Double Room Sea View were breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset.
The walk from the ferry to the B&B is quite uphill, which could be challenging for some guests.

Beautiful sea views from the room.
I was disappointed by the noise level. the doors shut loudly, disturbing my peace. Additionally, the breakfast setup was confusing, with a do-it-yourself approach that felt less personal. Directions to find the B&B from the main road were also lacking, leading to a frustrating search.

enjoy stunning views and trails from this central spot
during my stay, I loved that I could easily walk to the nearby Teampall Chiarain, a beautiful historical site just 500 meters away, and I also appreciated the quick access to the breathtaking Dun Eochla, located just almost 2 km away for some unforgettable views.

missingWrote a review on Oct 03stunning terracewarm welcomedelicious breakfastlong walk
The terrace offered stunning sea views, creating a perfect space to unwind. Kevin provided a warm welcome, always available for chat and tips about the island. The fresh baked goods at breakfast were delicious, and the cozy dining area contributed to a pleasant atmosphere. However, the walk to Kilronan's main area felt quite long, particularly in wet weather. The bathroom sink was a bit small, making it tricky to wash hands comfortably. Also, having only eggs as a savory breakfast option felt limited. some cheese or cold cuts would have enhanced it. Overall, the house had a inviting vibe, but a few tweaks would elevate the stay further.

Just a suitable option for a swift visit in Kilronan with very good value for money. The kitchen had some well-stocked essentials which made cooking simple. Bring some snacks since the breakfast options are limited.

It was just a good pick for a hurried visit in Kilronan with incredible value for money. I particularly enjoyed the cozy lounge area where I relaxed with a book after exploring the island. Be prepared for a bit of an uphill walk from the ferry, but it's manageable.

Solo travelers will love it
The common rooms were impeccably clean and had a cozy marine-decor feel. Kevin was more than just a host, he truly made you feel at home, even going so far as to carry my backpack to the pier so I wouldn't have to drain myself before a long walk.
It wasn't inexpensive but still reasonable for the experience.
